Discount Parcels
We have a very limited number of parcels available for those on a limited income. Discount Parcels are on Homestead regions have only 20,000 prim available, unlike our standard Full Prim regions which boast 40,000 prim to each region. These Discount Parcels are not any less in quality and tenants can enjoy the same perks as those who have parcels located in our Full prim regions. The main difference is less prim and thus lower tier. Covenant* is basically the same for the Discount Parcels as with other locations but with the exception that each parcel can be used for BOTH residential and/or Commercial use if desired. This can be a perk for the business owner who wishes to have his or her business in the sky rezzed at 1000m or higher, a waterfront home on ground level and yet stay close to their business and not have to commit to 2 separate parcels (one for residential and one for commercial). Of course you could use the parcel solely as residential on ground or solely as commercial in sky.
*The Residential Covenant would apply to anything rezzed on ground level and the Commercial Covenant would apply to any business rezzed in the sky over 1000m.
Discount Parcels can only be paid for in-world using in-world currency and cannot be paid for using PayPal.
